- Volunteer seastaff must arrive at the vessel at least 2 hours before the departure detailed in the public programme. If possible, it is desirable to join the vessel the evening before your voyage starts to help with safety checks and pre-voyage planning. It is also a good idea to allow a couple of hours at the end of voyage for debriefing.
- 24 hours before joining, confirm there is no change to the departure port. If delayed, seastaff should contact either the office on 01928 759453 or the vessel directly and inform the skipper. The mobile number for GMC is 07967 589 116.
