WHAT IS SAIL TRAINING
Sail Training instils discipline, motivation, commoradre, team building, integration to people from all walks of life. To be part of a team that make a 107 year old Tall Ship glide through the water, gives a sensation of pride and meaning like no other. To stand out on the bow sprit 110 feet away from the steering wheel and hoist the sails in 30 knots of wind whilst bashing through the waves makes you understand that you are an important part of the team. Living, eating, sleeping aboard a beautiful classic tall ship gives you a sensation and pride that you can talk about for many years.

We cater for all types of sailor. From people who have never stepped on a boat in their life to the experts that have sailed all over the world. The Glaciere treats everyone as an equal.
